【摘要】 目的观察内镜切除治疗消化道黏膜下肿物的效果和安全性。方法随机选取近5年来我院就诊的消化道黏膜下肿物的60例患者。采用超声内镜对病变进行确诊后行内镜消化道黏膜切除术治疗,并对其临床效果和安全性进行评价。结果 60例患者中食管黏膜下肿物18例(30%),胃黏膜下肿物30例(50%),十二指肠黏膜下肿物12例(20%)。所有患者都进行内镜黏膜切除术治疗,60例患者内镜黏膜下肿物切除术成功54例(90%),6例患者没有切除干净。所有患者在术后均未发生严重感染、出血等并发症,2例患者出现穿孔。结论对消化道黏膜下肿物进行内镜切除术安全,有效,并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of the endoscopic resection for submucosal tumor of digestive tract. Methods Sixty patients with digestive tract submucosal tumor were randomly selected from our hospital in the past five years. They had the endoscopic mucosal resection after diagnosed through the endoscopic ultrasonography, and the efficacy and safety were evaluated. Results All patients underwent endoscopic mucosal resection, including 18 cases of esophageal submucosal neoplasm(30%), 30 cases of gastric submucosal neoplasm(50%) and 12 cases of duodenal submucosal neoplasm(20%). Resection was successful in 54 patients(90%), but 6 patients had not been completely removed. No complications such as infection and bleeding occurred, except 2 patients with perforation. Conclusion Submucosal tumor of digestive tract could be effectively and safely removed.更多还原
