【摘要】 目的探讨袋鼠式护理对提高肌内注射患儿舒适度的影响。方法选择100例接受肌内注射的患儿,按照注射日期进行分组,单日注射为干预组,双日注射为对照组,每组各50例,对照组按常规肌内注射方法,干预组实施袋鼠式护理。观察两组患儿舒适度情况。结果干预组患儿舒适度优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论袋鼠式护理可提高肌内注射患儿舒适度。袋鼠式护理是一种简单、安全、有效的新生儿护理模式,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of kangaroo mother care on children′ s comfort with intramuscular injection.Methods One hundred children with an intramuscular injection were grouped according to the injection date. Those treated with injection on odd-numbers days were assigned as the intervention group, and those with injection on even-numbered days as the control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine care and the intervention group with kangaroo mother care. The two groups were compared in terms of comfort level. Result The comfort level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group with statistical significance(P < 0.01). Conclusion Kangaroo mother care can improve the comfort level of children patients with intramuscular injection. It is a simple, safe and effective in non-pharmaceutical pain therapy.更多还原
