【摘要】 目的调查天津城区中老年人牙齿缺失及修复情况,了解其对失牙后及时修复的必要性以及修复后的口腔保健等知信行情况,为失牙中老年人口腔保健的健康促进工作提供方向和依据。方法采用分层抽样的方法对天津城6区319名有牙缺失中老年人进行口腔检查和问卷调查。结果 75.2%的受检者牙齿缺失属于牙列缺失,失牙者平均余留牙为21.37颗,失牙以下颌第一恒磨牙为主;失牙首要原因是龋病;受检者对于失牙后及时修复的必要性认知度较高,有42.9%已经完成或正在进行义齿修复;社区医院口腔科为首选就诊医疗单位,对于义齿修复后的饮食须知与日常义齿维护的知识的掌握度高于对于义齿远期维护等知识的掌握;自认为没症状不需要镶牙是未及时义齿修复的首要原因。结论应加强对中老年人口腔保健和失牙后及时修复的口腔健康教育,尤其是牙列缺失的中老年人;鼓励失牙中老年人要去正规口腔诊疗单位义齿修复以保障中老年人口腔健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the anodontia and prosthodontics condition of middle aged and elderly people in Tianjin, explore the necessity of timely repair for anodontia and the relevant oral health knowledge of these people, so as to provide direction and basis of oral health promotion for these people. Methods 319 middle aged and elderly people with anodontia had been enrolled by the stratified sampling method to complete the investigation and oral examination. Results 75.2% of the subjects in the survey were edentulous, the average remaining teeth were 21.37, the priority missing teeth were mandibular first molars. The primary cause of anodontia was dental caries. The subjects’ awareness of the necessity of timely repair for anodontia was quite high, 42.9% subjects had completed or in progress prosthodontics. Community Hospital dental clinic was the preferred medical units for prosthodontics in the survey. The subjects’ awareness of dietary guidelines and daily maintenance after prosthodontics were higher than long-term maintenance for the denture.The priority reason for untimely prosthodontics was absence of relevant dental symptoms.Conclusion At present, oral health education should focus on timely repair for anodontia and oral health care for the middle aged and elderly people, especially for the people with anodontia.
