【摘要】 目的:探讨临床护理路径在小儿腹股沟斜疝疝囊高位结扎术中的临床疗效。方法:选取我院于2013年7月至2014年5月收治的200例小儿腹股沟斜疝疝囊高位结扎术患者,依据不同的护理方案,随机分为两组,对照组和观察组,每组患者100例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用临床护理路径,对比分析两组患者临床护理之后的临床疗效。结果:观察组患儿的护理满意度显著优于对照组患者,P<0.05差异具有统计学意义。观察组患儿的并发症发生率为显著低于对照组患儿,P<0.05差异具有统计学意义。结论:对于小儿腹股沟斜疝疝囊高位结扎术患者护理中采用临床护理路径,可以显著增强护理满意度,有效降低患者的并发症发生率,疗效显著,具有临床价值意义,可以大力推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical effects of clinical nursing path in pediatric inguinal hernia operation of sac high ligation. Methods: Chose 120 pediatric patients being treated by high ligation with inguinal hernias in our hospital from July 2013 to May 2014. Patients were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group, according to ways of nursing. There were 60 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated by conventional nursing. Patients in experimental group were treated in clinical nursing path. To analyze differences of clinical effects in the two groups after clinical nursing. Results: The satisfaction of pediatric patients was higher than control group, P < 0.05, and the frequency of postoperative complications(0.57%) was lower than the control group(3.64%), P < 0.05. All of the differences were statistically significant. Conclusions: The clinical nursing path using in patients with pediatric inguinal hernia after the sac of high ligation, can improve significantly satisfaction with nursing, reduce significantly the frequency of postoperative complications in patients, has a effective treatment effects and clinical significance. It is the author’s opinion that it is worthy to generalize the application of clinical nursing path.更多还原
