冷镦机曲轴的结构动力学分析

【摘要】 通过有限元分析软件ABAQUS对冷镦机曲轴进行了模态分析,提取了前30阶的固有频率和振型。然后通过曲柄转角的研究,对曲轴做了详细的受力分析。并根据频率提取结果,结合模态叠加动力学分析理论,对冷镦机曲轴在冲击载荷作用下进行了瞬态动力学分析,得到了该曲轴在瞬态冲击下的变形以及应力云图,为进一步提高曲轴疲劳可靠性特别是冲击载荷作用下的疲劳及优化设计提供了参考。

【Abstract】 With the ABAQUS,modal analysis of the crankshaft of cold header was carried out and the first 30 order natural frequency and modal shape was obtained. Then force analysis of the crank was obtained by considering the crank angle. According to the results of frequency extraction and modal superposition dynamics analysis theory,transient dynamic analysis of the crankshaft under the action of impact load was carried out,consequently,the deformation and stress nephogram of the crankshaft under the transient impact was obtained. Those results provide reference to the improvement of fatigue reliability especially impact fatigue and optimal design of the crankshaft subsequently.
