【摘要】 目的观察艾迪注射液联合全雄阻断治疗中晚期前列腺癌的临床效果。方法将60例中晚期前列腺癌患者随机分为2组,治疗组在全雄阻断治疗基础上给予艾迪注射液治疗,对照组仅给予全雄阻断治疗,2组均治疗3个月后评估疗效。结果 2组治疗后血清PSA、FPSA、T水平均较治疗前显著下降(P均<0.05),但2组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗组治疗后外周血CD3+、CD4+水平及CD4+/CD8+比值均高于对照组(P均<0.05),IPSS评分、生活质量评分及生存质量各领域评分均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论艾迪注射液联合全雄阻断治疗中晚期前列腺癌可以明显改善患者免疫功能,提高生活质量,缓解临床症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of AiDi injection combined with maximal androgen blockade in the treatment of advanced prostate cancer. Methods 60 patients with advanced prostate cancer were randomly divided into two groups,the cases were treated by AiDi injection combined with maximal androgen blockade in the treatment group,and maximal androgen blockade only in the control group. Follow-up assessment was made after 3 months of treatment. Results After treatment,the levels of PSA,FPSA and T in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment( all P < 0. 05),but there was no significant difference between two groups( all P > 0. 05); the levels of CD3+,CD4+and the value of CD3+/ CD4+of peripheral blood in the treatment group were markedly higher than those in the control group( all P < 0. 05); the improvement of IPSS score,quality of life score,quality of life score in various fields in the treatment group were was significantly better than those in the control group( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion The treatment of advanced prostate cancer by Ai Di injection combined with maximal androgen blockade can significantly increase the immune function,elevate the quality of life,and improve the clinical symptoms.更多还原
