微生物絮凝剂在制药废水处理中的应用研究

【摘要】 利用分离筛选出1株对制药废水有较强絮凝效果的絮凝剂产生菌G13;该菌株培养18~24 h的菌液絮凝活性最高;该菌株所产絮凝剂对某制药废水的最佳絮凝条件为:菌液质量分数为50%,絮凝时间为6 h,温度为30℃,p H为6.0。利用培养18 h的G13菌液对某制药废水进行处理,在菌液质量分数为50%,絮凝时间为4 h,温度为30℃,p H为6.0的絮凝条件下,制药废水的CODCr去除率为35.19%,色度去除率为75%,浊度去除率为59%,臭度由5变为3。

【Abstract】 One flocculant producing bacteria with good effect of flocculation is screened from the soil,which is named as G13. The flocculent activity of G13 can reach its highest extent after 18- 24 hours of culture. The best flocculation condition for pharmaceutical wastewater is optimized by using the orthogonal experiment. The best flocculent conditions are: 50% of the bacteria content,6 hours of the flocculating time,30℃ of the temperature and p H 6. 0. The result of pharmaceutical wastewater treatment shows that under the best flocculent condition,CODCrremoval rate is35. 19%,the chromaticity color removal rate is 75%,the turbidity removal rate is 59%,and the odor is reduced from 5 to 3.
