低分子质量聚丙烯酸钠分散剂的合成研究
Synthesis of low molecular weight sodium polyacrylate dispersant
【摘要】 以水为介质,水溶性低分子有机脲类化合物为链转移剂,采用氧化还原聚合反应合成了低分子质量聚丙烯酸钠。利用单因素法考察了单体质量分数、引发剂质量分数、链转移剂质量分数和反应温度对聚丙烯酸钠分子质量的影响。用红外光谱对产物进行了表征。实验结果表明,通过控制反应条件可以合成分子质量为2 000~5 000的聚丙烯酸钠。
【Abstract】 With water as the medium and water soluble low molecular organic urea compound as the chain transfer agent,a low molecular weight sodium polyacrylate is synthesized by oxidation reduction reaction. The effects of monomer mass fraction,initiator mass fraction,chain transfer agent mass fraction and reaction temperature on the molecular weight of sodium polyacrylate are studied by single-factor method. The product is characterized by FTIR. The experiment results show that the molecular weight of sodium polyacrylate could be 2 000- 5 000 through controlling the reaction conditions.
