【摘要】 资源型城市作为我国经济和社会发展所需能源和原材料的主要供应体(朱训,2003、2004),其兴衰成败对于国家经济、社会的发展与稳定起着举足轻重的作用。在传统的"先污染,后治理","先生产、后生活"的指导思想下,由于对不可再生自然资源的过度开发和不合理利用,资源型城市面临着矿竭城衰、环境污染、经济衰减和社会压力等一系列城市发展的负效应,资源型城市可持续发展之路亟待探寻。更多还原

【Abstract】 Resource-based city is a major supplier of energy and raw materials for economic and social development of our country( Zhu Xun,2003,2004),the success or failure of which plays an important role for the country’s economic and social development and stability.Under the traditional guiding ideology of "pollution first,treatment later","production first,life later",and as a result of over-exploitation and the irrational use of non-renewable natural resources,resources-based cities face mine declining,environmental pollution,a series of negative effects of urban development,such as economic decay and social pressures,it is necessary to explore sustainable development for resource-based city.更多还原
