【摘要】 绩效管理是企业管理者促使工作业绩与上层目标相符的方法和手段,对实现企业可持续发展目标有重要推动作用。基于金融企业绩效管理设计了带有标准RS 232接口的X988指纹考勤机和计算机,组成具有考勤签到、数据存储和绩效统计分析功能的信息管理系统,给出了硬件及软件设计方案。该系统实现了绩效管理的标准化和自动化,具有重要的实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Performance management is a method and means to make the performance meet up with the management goal. It is very important for the sustainable development of enterprises. X988 fingerprint attendance machine with RS 232 interface for connecting with computer was designed,which has the functions of check in,data storage and statistics analysis. The hardware and software design schemes of the system are given in this paper. The system has a friendly human-machine interface.
