【摘要】 |
目的:探讨重型额颞叶脑挫裂伤去标准外伤大骨瓣减压术后护理的方法和效果。方法:回顾性分析87例重型额颞叶脑挫裂伤患者的临床资料,提出合理建议,修改护理措施。结果:治愈56例,好转19例,植物生存5例,死亡7例。结论:重型额颞叶脑挫裂伤去标准外伤大骨瓣减压术后护理,呼吸道管理,减压窗、卧位及引流管护理等,动态观察病情,及时对症处理,能减少死亡率、致残率,提高生活质量。 |

【英文摘要】 |
Objective:To investigate the nursing method of severe frontotemporal brain contusion after standard large trauma craniotomy sugery and its effect.Methods:The clinical data of 87 patients with severe frontotemporal brain contusion were analyzed retrospectively,and then put forward some reasonable suggestions,in order to modify the nursing measures.Results:In which,there 56 cases were cured,19 cases improved,5 survived as plant men,and 7 cases died.Conclusion:Giving nursing care for patients with severe front... |
