多元回归光度法同时测定复方对乙酰氨基酚片中对乙酰氨基酚和乙酰水杨酸

【摘要】 目的建立多元回归分光光度法同时测定复方对乙酰氨基酚片中乙酰水杨酸和对乙酰氨基酚。方法样品用0.2mol·L-1氢氧化钠水解乙酰水杨酸后,以pH 6.5磷酸二氢钾缓冲溶液为溶剂,采用多元回归分光光度法,测定波长为236,272和283nm。结果乙酰水杨酸和对乙酰氨基酚的平均回收率分别为98.9%和99.0%,RSD分别为2.4%和3.0%。结论样品测定结果与部颁标准法比较,其准确度和精密度无显著性差异,该法可同时准确测定复方对乙酰氨基酚片中乙酰水杨酸和对乙酰氨基酚的含量。

【Abstract】 Objective To estabish a method of multiple regression spectrophotometry for simultaneous determination of acetylsalicylic acid and acetaminophen in Compound Paracetamol Tablets.Methods The samples were hydrolyzed by the solution of 0.2 mol·L-1 NaOH.The components were determined in potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer(pH 6.5)solution.The multiple linear regression spectrophotometry was used at wavelength of 236,272 and 283nm.Results The average recoveries of acetylsalicylic acid and acetaminophen were 98.9% and 99.0%,with RSD 2.4% and 3.0%,respectively.Conclusion Accuracy and precision of the method was compared with the official quantitative analysis and no significant difference was found.This method is accurate for the simultaneous determination of paracetamol and acetylsalicylic acid in Compound Paracetamol Tablets.
