【摘要】 目的建立矮紫堇中总生物碱的含量测定方法,初步研究矮紫堇总生物碱的抗炎活性。方法用乙醇提取法提取生物碱,用酸性染料比色法对总生物碱进行定量测定,用小鼠耳肿胀模型和大鼠足肿胀模型测定其抗炎活性。结果小檗碱质量浓度在6~30μg·mL-1范围内线性良好,r=0.995 9(n=5),矮紫堇中总生物碱含量为0.20%~0.25%;矮紫堇总生物碱具有明显的抗炎活性。结论该方法操作简便、准确,具有良好的重复性和稳定性,适用于矮紫堇中总生物碱的含量测定;矮紫堇中生物碱具有良好的抗炎活性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for the determination of total alkaloids of Corydalis hendersonii and to preliminarily investigate its anti-inflammatory activity.Methods The extraction of total alkaloids was performed by using ethanol,and the quantitative determination of total alkaloids was performed by using acid dye colorimetry.Two models of mice ear edema and rat paw edema were used to observe the anti-inflammatory activity of total alkaloids.Results The linearity was good in the range of 6-30μg·mL-1,r=0.995 9(n=5).The contents of total alkaloids were 0.20%-0.25% in C.hendersonii.The total alkaloids showed obvious anti-inflammatory activity.Conclusion This method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate with good reproducibility.It is suitable for the determination of total alkaloids in C.hendersonii and the total alkaloids demonstrated anti-inflammatory activity.更多还原
