结合药效学指标用正交实验优选湿迪胶囊的提取工艺

【摘要】 目的筛选湿迪胶囊处方的最佳提取工艺条件。方法以小檗碱、黄芩苷、总氮含量和肿胀抑制率为评价指标,采用正交实验法优选出湿迪胶囊的最佳提取工艺。结果以有效成分含量为指标确定提取方法为:6倍量水,提取2次,每次1h;以肿胀抑制率为指标确定提取方法为:9倍量水,提取2次,每次2h。而二者之间无相关性,最终以后者确定工艺条件为:加9倍量水,提取2次,每次2h。结论结合药效学实验优选的提取工艺稳定可行,具有药物有效成分与功能主治密切结合的特点,为湿迪处方提取工艺提供依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the extraction process of Shidi Capsules.Method The extraction process conditions of Shidi Capsules were optimized by an orthogonal test and pharmacodynamics test.The contents of berberine,baicalin,and the total nitrogen,and the anti-inflammatory results were used as the evaluated indexes.Result The optimal extracting conditions were as follows:extracted two times with 6fold amount of water,1heach time.If using swelling inhibitory rate as the evaluating index,extracted two times with 9fold amount of water,2heach time.There was no relationship between the two methods.Conclusion Combined the orthogonal test and pharmacodynamic test to optimize the extraction process has the advantages of stable and practical,which was suitable for the extraction of Shidi Capsules.
