【摘要】 目的了解中国部分艾滋病(AIDS)高发地区开展艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染育龄妇女避孕咨询指导服务的现状及服务能力。方法对来自广西壮族自治区、云南省和新疆维吾尔自治区,38名负责HIV感染妇女保健随访工作的医务人员,进行问卷调查和专题小组讨论,收集医务人员一般信息、避孕知识掌握情况、所在机构内开展避孕咨询指导服务现状、针对此项工作的建议和需求等定量资料和定性资料。结果医务人员对避孕知识的掌握有限,仅44.7%(17/38)的医务人员认为自己掌握、了解核心避孕知识;日常工作中很少主动为HIV感染妇女提供避孕咨询指导服务;HIV感染育龄妇女及性伴对避孕行为不重视,是造成避孕咨询指导工作效果不良的主要原因;在妇女主动寻求避孕服务时对其提供避孕咨询指导的效果较好;医务人员需要接受避孕相关知识的培训。结论针对HIV感染育龄妇女开展的避孕咨询指导服务尚不完善,服务能力较低,应在今后工作中加强避孕相关知识的培训,提高医疗机构开展相关服务的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status of contraceptive consulting service facing to reproductive age women living with human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)and providers’ ability in some acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)high-prevalence regions.Methods 38 local health providers-initiated follow-up and health care of women living with HIV,from the organizations as the maternal and children hospital,center of disease prevention and control(CDC),antiviral treatment organization,community health service center(CHSC)and village clinics in Guangxi,Yunnan and Xinjiang provinces,were involved in the study,data were collected by questionnaires of quantitative and qualitative study,including providers’ genera information,service ability,suggestions,needs and the status of contraceptive consulting service.Results Neither the ability of providers nor the contraceptive consulting service among women living with HIV was adequate,only 44.7%(17/38)of providers thought themselves should handle or know some core contraceptive knowledge.They assumed the ignorance of contraceptive from women or their sexual partners is one of the main reasons leading to a poor service outcome.They need more relative training and preferred to give service when women initially asked for help.Conclusion The contraceptive consulting service and providers’ ability are both inadequate now,more training are needed to enhance the ability on person and organization level.更多还原
