梅毒螺旋体感染动物模型的研究进展
Progress on the animal model of Treponema pallidum
【摘要】 梅毒螺旋体(Tp)不可以在体外持续进行培养,所以十分有必要建立合适的动物模型。研究发现,Tp可在猿猴、小鼠、仓鼠、豚鼠及家兔体内繁殖。因猿猴物种珍贵,一般不作为Tp的动物模型进行研究。Tp可在小鼠体内存活但临床症状不明显,不适于用于Tp研究。仓鼠模型一般用于地方性梅毒的研究,豚鼠一般用于先天梅毒的研究,并且可以作为雅司螺旋体研究的模型。家兔作为最适于进行梅毒研究的模型,现已被实验室大量使用。
【Abstract】 Objective It is very essential to build an appropriate animal model for Treponema pallidum(Tp)because it can not be cultured continuously in vitro.It’s found that it can be proliferated in apes,rats,hamsters,guinea pigs and rabbits.Ape is a kind of rare animal that it is seldom used for Tp animal model in general.Tp can survive in mice but has less manifest clinical symptoms.Therefore it is not suitable for use.Hamster is generally used in the study of endemic syphilis,guinea pig can be a model in the study of congenital syphilis,and also a good model to study yaws.Rabbit is the most suitable model for syphilis study,which has been widely used in the experiments.
