【摘要】 目的将Workbook模型应用于估计哈尔滨市2013年艾滋病病毒(HIV)新发感染人数。方法收集哈尔滨市2011年及2013年疫情估计数据、2010-2013年艾滋病病例报告数据,假设哈尔滨市2012年HIV新发感染人数与2013年相近,依据"2013年估计现存活人数=2011年估计现存活人数+(新发感染人数-死亡人数)×2年"的原理,估计2013年HIV新发感染人数。结果估计哈尔滨市2011年存活HIV感染者及病人2154人,2013年存活HIV感染者及病人2583人,2013年新发感染人数为231人。结论应用Workbook模型可以充分利用以往常规艾滋病防治工作数据进行新发感染人数的估计,人力财力消耗较小,便于推广和使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To estimate the number of recent infections of HIV in Harbin in 2013 by using the Workbook model.Methods Data of HIV/AIDS epidemic estimates and case report data of HIV/AIDS from 2010 to 2013were collected.Assuming that the number of recent infections of HIV in 2012 close to that of 2013,the number of recent infections in 2013 was estimated based on the principle that estimated number of alive HIV/AIDS patients in2013 equal to that in 2011 +(number of recent infections-number of deaths)× 2years.Result The number of people living with HIV/AIDS in Harbin City is 2154 in 2011,and 2583 in 2013.The number of new HIV infections was 231in2013.Conclusion Workbook model can make full use of previous routine data of HIV/AIDS prevention and control to estimate the number of recent infections,which is cheap and easy to be promoted.更多还原
