【摘要】 临空经济区是不沿海、不沿边的内陆地区对外开放、发展经济的利器。近年来,我国各地临空经济取得了较快发展,但在如何开展临空经济区建设上,地方政府更多地将重点放在引进临空产业、直接创造税收上,而对临空经济区所要临的"空"着墨不足,特别是对开通国际长航线、构建航空枢纽、发挥主导航空公司作用等方面更是缺乏深入的研究,有的甚至出现了无"空"可临的窘境。引入"源创新"理论,对成熟临空经济区进行全面分析归纳,对内地临空经济区的现状及存在的主要问题进行梳理,并以重庆临空经济区建设为案例进行剖析,指出建设好内陆临空经济区必须选择、培育主导航空公司,推动其扎实建设航空枢纽、积极开辟国际长航线,使临空经济区有"空"可临,进而建好航空大都市,实现地区经济"走出去"的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Airport Economic Zone has achieved rapid development,but in many places in recent years,the local government usually focused on the introduction of airport industry to create direct revenue for the local economy,but ignored the opening of long-distance international route,the building of the international aviation hub and cultivating of leading airlines.This paper introduced the Source Innovation Theory,comprehensively summarize the analysis of the domestic and foreign well-known Airport Economic Zone and inland Airport Economic Zone in China,and find the existing problems.Taking Chongqing as an example,we propose that in the construction of inland Airport Economic Zone,we must select,cultivate leading airlines to achieve its full effect by way of constructing aviation hub,developing the international long-haul routes and building the aviation city so as to promote the regional economic communication with the outside world.更多还原
