【Abstract】 A compact difference scheme is established for solving the regularized long wave equation by using the compact difference method in space discretion and the Runge-Kutta method in time discretion,the mixed derivative is skillfully treated and the higher order accuracy is maintained both in space and time.It is confirmed that the numerical solutions obtained from the scheme are with extremely high accurate.更多还原
