【摘要】 以张掖市作为研究实例,在实地调研和问卷调查的基础上,通过构建由宏观协调发展评价和微观协调发展评价两大系统组成的节水型社会评价指标体系,利用层次分析法确定各项指标的权重,建立模糊综合评价模型,对张掖市节水型社会发展水平的进行量化综合评价.结果表明,张掖市2001年在节水型社会建设之前社会发展指数为0.2060,2005年、2011年节水型社会发展指数分别为0.299 5和0.353 7,呈良性发展趋势,但仍需进一步提高.更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper takes Zhangye City as a case study,on the base of on-site investigations and questionnaires,an index evaluation system on water-saving society building structure is determined by the help of analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The developing level of a water-saving society can be assessed in aquantitatively comprehensive way on the model of AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Such an evaluation model is composed of two systems:macroscopic evaluation system of coordinated development and microscopic evaluation system.Makes a study on comprehensive evaluation of a water-saving society.According to the research results and findings,in 2001,the social progress index of Zhangye City was0.2060 and its water-saving society developing index reached to 0.2995 and 0.3537 respectively in the year of 2005 and 2011.In spite of its good burgeoning trend,the space for a further progress and improvement is still available.更多还原
