【摘要】 建立了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定盐酸曲马多口服控释片中盐酸曲马多的含量.采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶填充柱(C18柱)为色谱柱,流动相为[醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲液(pH4.5)]-甲醇(65∶35),流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长271nm,进样量为20μl.样品与对照品出峰时间一致,TR≈8.0min;并且在0.3~0.7mg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,回收率达98%~102%.高效液相色谱法测定盐酸曲马多控释片,简单易行、重复性好.更多还原

【Abstract】 The objective of the present study was to establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)determination method of tramadol hydrochloride controlled release tablet.An octadecylsilane bonded silica gel packed column(C18column)was used as the chromatographic column.The mobile phase was[acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer(pH4.5)]-methanol(65∶35),and the flow rate was 1.0mL/min.The column temperature was 30 ℃,the detection wavelength was 271 nm,and the injection volume was 20μl.A consistent peak time between the control and sample was achieved(TR≈8.0min).In the concentration range of0.3~0.7mg/mL,the linearity was good.The recovery was measured as 98%~102%.Results of this work showed that the HPLC determination method of tramadol hydrochloride controlled-release tablet was simple and repeatable.更多还原
