稻壳储存用钢板仓锥底应力分析
Stress Analysis on the Cone Bottom of the Cylinder Silo for Rice Husk Storing
【摘要】 为解决将钢板圆筒仓应用于稻壳储存时易产生的出料结拱问题,将钢板圆筒仓的锥形仓底设计成10锥斗、10出料口的形式。在建立各锥斗实体模型的基础上,采用壳单元建立各锥斗的有限元模型,确定相应的边界条件对其进行应力分析。结果表明:各锥斗的最大等效应力均小于所用材料的许用应力,说明各锥斗强度足够,且设计的锥形仓底结构是合理的。
【Abstract】 When the conventional steel silo was used to storage the rice hull, the rice hull usually knotted. To solve the problem, this team designed a new-typed steel silo, whose cone bottom was composed of 10 cone buckets. The solid model of the cone buckets were set up, and the shell element was adopted to establish their finite element model.The corresponding boundary conditions was determined for the stress analysis. The results show that the maximum equivalent stress of each cone buckets are less than the allowable stress of the material used,and the strength of various cone buckets are enough, so the structure of the steel silo is reasonable. This research laid a foundation for the structure design and optimization of this kind of steel silo.
