4个杨树新无性系的抗旱性研究

【摘要】 以1年生杨树新无性系06-57×川1、07-69×青1、06-69×卜1、07-西大寨×卜1以及2个对照品种陕林4号、中绥12杨扦插苗为材料,通过人工盆栽控水试验,研究不同程度水分胁迫对6个杨树无性系(种)幼苗生长及生理指标的影响。结果表明:随着水分胁迫程度的加深,6个杨树无性系(种)幼苗的苗高生长量、地径生长量、净光合速率、叶片相对含水量显著下降;叶片中游离脯氨酸显著上升,可溶性蛋白含量显著下降;相对电导率、丙二醛含量显著上升;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性基本呈升-降的变化趋势,但是水分胁迫下的酶活性始终高于正常水分。通过隶属函数法综合评价,6个杨树无性系(种)的抗旱能力从大到小依次为:07-69×青1>陕林4号>06-57×川1>06-69×卜1>中绥12>07-西大寨×卜1。

【Abstract】 Using four 1-year-old new poplar clones(06-57×P.szechuanica1,07-69×P.cathayana1,06-69×P.purdomii 1,07-west da-zhai×P.purdomii 1)and two control cultivars(Shaanxi No.4and Zhongsui 12)as materials,effects of different degrees of water stress on seedlings growth and physiological indicators of six poplar clones(species)were investigated through artificial potted water control experiments.The results indicated that with the aggravation of water stress,the seedling height,ground diameter,net photosynthetic rate and leaf relative water content of the seedlings of 6clones(species)decreased significantly;the content of free proline in leaves increased significantly and soluble protein decreased significantly;the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)and relative electrical conductivity in leaves increased significantly;the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD)increased at beginning and then dropped under severe water stress,but the activities of two protect enzymes were always higher than those under normal water conditions.The drought resistance capabilities of six poplar clones(species)were comprehensive evaluated with subordinate function,their drought-resistance order was 07-69×P.cathayana1>Shaanxi No.4>06-57×P.szechuanica 1> 06-69×P.purdomii 1> Zhongsui12,07-xidazhai×P.purdomii 1.
