【摘要】 信息传递机制决定信息传递的路径、速度和准确性,进而影响决策效率。可知,提高应急管理能力需优化应急管理组织信息传递能力。本文综合运用熵理论和网络敏捷性的评价方法,建立组织信息传递机制评价模型,并设计实现算法。以汶川地震国务院抗震救灾指挥部为例,验证了该算法的可行性,并提出信息传递机制优化改进的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, based on entropy theory and network agility evaluation method, we established organization evaluation model of information transmission mechanism, and designed the algorithm.
