【摘要】 宪法宣誓制度是当今世界各国宪法所普遍确认的一项重要的宪政制度,我国也早有各种类型的宪法宣誓实践活动。然而我国宪法宣誓制度刚刚建立,还没有通过顶层设计加以规范,对于该制度是否流于形式仍然存在争议,实践活动中公务员违誓现象也屡屡发生。我国建立宪法宣誓制度对于树立宪法权威和推进依法治国建设的实施具有十分重要的意义。进一步规范和完善宪法宣誓制度势在必行。更多还原

【Abstract】 The constitutional oath system is an important system which has been universally recognized by counties all over the world. Although there are variety of practical activities of the constitutional oath in China,it is not regulated by the top- level laws and regulations due to the oath system has just been established and still for which a mere formality for the system remains controversial,and violating civil oath phenomena occurs sometimes in practice. It is important to establish the the authority of the constitution and promoting the constructionof the rule of law. It is imperative to standardize and improve the constitutional oath system.更多还原
