膨胀土包芯填筑路基变形开裂原因分析与处治

【摘要】 文章结合南宁外环公路工程实际,分析了该膨胀土包芯填筑路基变形开裂情况,揭示路基基底存在软弱土层是膨胀性泥岩包芯筑填路基变形开裂的主要原因,场地微地形及特定地下水环境对路基变形开裂也有一定不利影响;提出采用压力化学灌浆对基底软弱土体及填筑土体进行固结增强,并于坡脚设置微型钢管群桩加钢筋混凝土系梁加固稳定路堤坡脚,处治效果良好。

【Abstract】 Combined with the practical engineering of Nanning Outer Ring Road,this article analyzed the deformation cracking situation of this cored filling expansive soil embankment,revealed that the presence of soft soil layer in roadbed subgrade is the main cause for the deformation cracking of expandable mudstone cored filling embankment,and the venue microtopography and specific groundwater environment also have a certain negative impact on the roadbed deformation cracking.It proposed using the pressure chemical grouting for consolidation reinforcement of subgrade soil body and filling soil body,and setting the micro steelpipe group pile and reinforced concrete tie beams to reinforce and stabilize the embankment toe,which has a good treatment effect.
