旧水泥混凝土再生集料技术评价
Technology Assessment of Old Cement Concrete Recycled Aggregate
【摘要】 为解决旧水泥混凝土破碎再生为集料的应用问题,文章通过试验研究了旧水泥混凝土再生集料的物理力学性能、颗粒形状、级配等固有特性和路用性能,以及不同岩性的再生集料的差异性。研究表明,旧水泥混凝土再生集料的物理力学性能、颗粒形状和级配良好,满足骨架密实型水泥稳定碎石的物理力学性能指标要求,可应用于水泥稳定碎石,为全面开展破碎加工旧水泥混凝土再生集料应用于水泥稳定碎石提供了技术支撑。
【Abstract】 To solve the application problem of old cement concrete being crushed recycled into the aggregate,this article studied the physical and mechanical properties,particle shape,gradation and other inherent characteristics and road performance of old cement concrete recycled aggregates,as well as the differences of recycled aggregates with different lithology.The study showed that the old cement concrete recycled aggregate has excellent physical and mechanical properties,particle shape and grading,which can meet the physical and mechanical performance requirements of skeleton dense-type cement stabilized gravel,able to be used in cement stabilized gravel,thus it provides the technical support for fully applying the crushed processing of old cement concrete recycled aggregate in cement stabilized gravel.
