PA66/纳米MgO复合材料的性能研究
The study of the performance of PA66/nano-MgO composite
【摘要】 通过熔融共混法制备了尼龙66(PA66)/纳米氧化镁(nano-MgO)复合材料,通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了复合材料的结晶性能,通过热重法(TG)研究了复合材料的热稳定性,通过紫外可见光谱研究了复合材料的紫外屏蔽性能,对该复合材料的力学性能进行了测试,并用扫描电镜(SEM)对纳米MgO在复合材料中的分散情况进行了观测。研究结果表明,纳米MgO的引入可以促进PA66的结晶,并可提高PA66的热分解温度。纳米MgO的引入提高了PA66的紫外屏蔽性能,并提高了PA66的拉伸强度。纳米MgO含量在3%时PA66/纳米MgO复合材料的拉伸强度比纯PA66高10%。SEM照片显示纳米MgO在复合材料中分散均匀。
【Abstract】 Nylon 66( PA66) / nano magnesium oxide( nano-MgO) composites were prepared by melt blending method. The crystallization property of the composites was tested by differential scanning calorimetry( DSC).The thermal stability property of the composites was tested by thermogravimetry( TG). The ultraviolet-shielding property of the composites was tested by ultraviolet-visible absorption spectra. The mechanical property of the composites was tested. The dispersity of nano magnesium oxide in the composites was observed by scanning electron microscope( SEM). It is shown that the import of nano-MgO can promote the crystallization of PA66 and enhance the thermal decomposition temperature of PA66. The import of nano-MgO can enhance the ultraviolet-shielding property of PA66 and enhance the tensile strength of PA66. When the content of nano-MgO is3%,the tensile strength of PA66 / nano-MgO composite is 10% higher than pure PA66. SEM photograph shows that the nano-MgO is well-dispersed in the composites.
