智能井系统设计研究

【摘要】 自主设计适用于我国油田实际的7英寸井眼的智能井系统。系统的流量控制阀、穿越式封隔器、双点温压传感器托筒以及穿越式井口等关键工具均为自主研发。系统的温压测量系统采用耐高温、耐高压、高精度的双点光纤温压传感器,可以同时实时测量套管环空与油管内的温度、压力数据。将1/4英寸液压控制管线与光缆封装成扁平缆,可以有效防止管缆的磨损。该智能井系统整体设计不但具有国外同类智能井系统的功能,且结构相对简单、易加工,系统整体稳定性好。系统设计完全实现国产化,与国外同类产品相比成本大大降低。

【Abstract】 An intelligence well system suitable for 7 inch borehole of China oilfields is independently designed. The inflow control valves,the feed-through packer,the double-point temperature and pressure mandrel and the feed-through wellhead in the system are independently developed. The temperature and pressure measurement system uses the double-point optical fiber temperature-pressure sensor with high temperature and high pressure resistance and high accuracy,and it can real-time measure the temperature and the pressure data in annulus space and tubing at the same time. Hydraulic control line of 1 /4 inch and optical cable are encapsulated into a flat cable,which can effectively prevent the lines being worn. The intelligence well system not only has the same function as the similar products abroad,but also has simpler structure,easy processing and good stability. The system is fully made in China,so the cost of it is much lower than that of imported similar products.
