基于择站行为反馈和可达性要求的公交站点布设
Locating bus stops based on the behavior feedback of stop selection and requirement of accessibility
【摘要】 公交站点的布设是个系统问题,不仅需要考虑运营效益,还需要考虑乘客的便利性。城市道路规划部门设置公交站点和乘客选择公交站点是2个相互影响的行为,采用双层规划模型描述双方就站点布设和选择的博弈平衡过程,其中设置了公交站点与周边小区质心之间的可达性要求,具体表现为公交站点的服务功能可覆盖到周边所有交通小区的质心。设计算法求解符合双方利益的最优站点布设结果。以实例验证模型和算法的有效性。
【Abstract】 How to optimize bus stop location is a multi-perspective problem,which should be considered from the aspects of both the operation efficiency of bus enterprise and the convenience level of passengers.The behavior relationship between Urban Road Planning Department with regard to the location of bus stops and passengers with regard to the selection of bus stops is interactive.The bi-level programming model of bus stops location was constructed given that both interests tend to conflict.There was an embedded constraint that the service region of bus stops can cover all the surrounding traffic zones.An algorithm was applied to solve the model.The feasibility and effectiveness of the model and its algorithm were illustrated with a numerical example.4figs,10 refs.
