【摘要】 目的:探讨血管内介入治疗后循环动脉瘤的适应证、技术要点及并发症的处理。方法:回顾性分析应用血管内介入治疗的33例后循环动脉瘤患者的临床资料及随访结果。结果:33例均成功治疗,术后即刻DSA造影,结果按Raymond分级:I级23例,I级6例,I级4例。出院时恢复良好无神经功能障碍29例,轻度神经功能障碍2例,重度障碍2例,死亡0例。全部病例随访3~36个月,除1例再出血外,其余均病情稳定,无新发神经功能障碍病例。结论:血管内介入治疗后循环动脉瘤是一种微创、安全有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the indications, techniques and complications of endovascular treatment of posterior circulation aneurysms. Methods: The clinical data of 33 cases of posterior circulation aneurysms treated by endovascular treatment was retrospectively reviewed. Results: Thirty-three cases were treated successfully. According to Raymond grading for the immediate occlusion of the aneurysm, grade I was obtained in 23, grade II in 6 and grade III in 4 cases. Of the 33 patients, 29 recovered well, 2 were mildly disabled, 2 were severely disabled and no one died after the treatment. All patients were in stable condition and no newly-developed neurological dysfunction was observed within 3~36 months except 1 rebleeding. Conclusion: Endovascular treatment is a minimally invasive, safe and effective method for posterior circulation aneurysms.更多还原
