创新系统化节能方法与应用方案研究
Application Research on an Innovative and Systematic Method for Energy-saving
【摘要】 提出了一种新的适用于炼油企业能量系统全局优化的系统化节能方法。方法包含能源规划、能量集成与过程强化三个层次。能源规划主要提供能源配置建议,能量集成与过程强化主要落实能源规划层次分解的能源消耗指标。以某炼油企业设计进行实例研究,分别提供了能源规划、能量集成、过程强化建议及关键节能措施,优化后炼油企业能源消耗水平合理降低,炼油能耗降低约10.0%,炼油单位因数能耗降低约5.0%。
【Abstract】 An innovative, systematic energy-saving method adapting the optimization of the refinery energy systems is presented. The method contains three levels: Energy programming, Energy integration and Unit Intensification. Energy programming provides the proposals for global energy distribution, while Energy integration and Unit Intensification implement those proposals and specific measures. A refinery design case is used to demonstrate the method. Recommendations and critical energy saving measures for the three levels are provided. Due to the optimization, the refinery energy consumption is reduced to a reasonable level, the refinery comprehensive energy consumption and the refinery unit factor energy consumption reduces 10.0% and 5.0%, respectively.
