【摘要】 目的:探讨中药银连漱口液治疗老年牙周炎患者的临床效果。方法:对2012年11月至2014年11月于我院收治的100例急性牙周炎患者,按照随机数字分表法,分成观察组与对照组,每组各50例,两组患者均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组患者给予生理盐水含漱,观察组患者给予中药银连漱口液含漱,比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗后的疼痛情况及治疗前后的牙周临床指标水平。结果:1)观察组的治疗总有效率为94.00%,显著高于对照组患者的72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2)两组患者治疗前菌斑指数(plaque index,PLI)、牙龈出血指数(bleeding index,BI)、探诊深度(probing depth,PD)、附着丧失(attachment loss,AL)等牙周临床指标水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而观察组治疗后的PLI、BI显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3)观察组治疗4周后的疼痛发生率为4.00%,显著低于对照组患者的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中药银连漱口液治疗老年牙周炎患者的临床疗效确切,可有效缓解疼痛感及牙周出血,值得进一步推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine Yinlian mouthwash in the treatment of elderly patients with periodontitis.Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients with acute periodontitis hospitalized from November 2012 to November 2014,according to the random number table method,were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases of each group.Patients of two groups were given conventional treatment,on this basis,the control group was treated with saline gargle;the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine Yinlian gargle.The clinical curative effect,pain after treatment and the clinical indexes of periodontal before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results:1) The total effective rate of the observation group was94%,significantly higher than 72%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the plaque index(PLI),gingival bleeding index(BI),probing depth(PD),attachment loss(AL),such as periodontal clinical index level of patients of two groups before treatment were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(PXX05);2) the PLI and BI of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3) the incidence of pain after 4 weeks of observation group was 20%,which was significantly lower than 4%of the control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using traditional Chinese medicine Yinlian mouthwash in treatment of elderly patients with periodontitis,the clinical efficacy is exact,and it can effectively relieve the pain and periodontal bleeding,which is worth further promotion.更多还原
