【摘要】 卓越法律人才的培养符合党的十八届四中全会提出的"创新法治人才培养机制"要求。基于对卓越法律人才内涵、提出背景及培养现状的分析,笔者指出法学院校培养卓越法律人才,必须发挥自身优势,结合实际选择适合的人才培养类型,并建立起相应的人才培养体系。卓越法律人才培养体系的构建应明确培养目标,科学设置课程体系,着重培养实践能力,拓展多渠道人才共育途径,构建多元化人才培养评价、评估机制等。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cultivation of outstanding legal talents meets the requirements of"Innovative Legal Talents Cultivation Mechanism"at the 4th Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee.Based on the connotation,background and status of outstanding legal talents,this article proposes that playing their own advantages,choosing suitable type of talents cultivation in light of their own actual conditions and building related talents cultivation systems are necessary for law schools to cultivate outstanding legal talent.In order to construct the above-mentioned systems,it should be significant to define the talents cultivation objects clearly,set up scientific curriculum systems focusing on cultivating students’practical ability,expand ways of multi-channel talents cocultivation,establish diversified talents evaluation mechanism,and so on.更多还原
