三种保存温度对两种牙本质粘接系统粘接强度的影响

【摘要】 【目的】测试不同保存温度对两种牙本质粘接剂粘接强度的影响。【方法】将可乐丽菲露S3Bond(TS)和可乐丽菲露SE Bond(SEB)的处理剂(SE)分别保存在4℃(冰箱中)、20℃(恒温室内)和40℃(保温箱)直至14周,通过剪切试验、冷热循环试验测试其粘接强度以及扫描电镜观察树脂牙本质粘接面。【结果】TS对照组粘接强度为(16.41±2.90)MPa,40℃保存14周后显著下降为(13.62±2.12)MPa;SE对照组粘接强度为(21.63±3.50)MPa,40℃保存14周后显著下降为(16.11±4.33)MPa。而冷热循环2万次后未见粘接强度的显著性下降。扫面电镜观察SE 40℃保存14周后粘接混合层出现气泡。【结论】自酸蚀粘接剂在较高温度保存下酸性单体和亲水性单体会水解劣化从而影响了粘接强度。

【Abstract】 【Objective】To understand the effect on the bond strengths of two kinds of self-etching primer adhesives.【Methods】The primer of Clearfil S3 Bond(TS) and of Clearfil SE Bond(SE), were stored at 4℃(refrigerator), 20℃(thermostatic chamber) or 40℃(insulation chamber) for 14 weeks, respectively. At the end of storage period, specimens bonded with the dentin adhesives by using TS or SE was prepared. The bond strength and the bond durability of the group TS or SE were respectively examined by measuring the shear bond strength, before and after thermo-cycling(20,000 times). And the SEM observations of the resin-dentin interface were examined.【Results】The shear bond strength in control group of TS was(16.41±2.90) MPa, however after storage at 40℃ for 14 weeks, the shear bond strength was significantly decreased to(13.62±2.12) MPa. Similarly, the shear bond strength in control group of SE was(21.63±3.50) MPa; however after storage at 40℃ for 14 weeks, the shear bond strength was significantly decreased to(16.11±4.33) MPa. When group SE was stored at 40℃ for 14 weeks, a bonding defect of bubbles within the hybrid layer was observed under SEM.【Conclusion】The shear bond strength would be decreased by the self-etching adhesives, due to the hydrolysis of the adhesives when being stored at comparatively high temperature.
