局部用氟对碳酸饮料致离体牙釉质酸蚀的抑制作用

【摘要】 【目的】探讨局部用氟对碳酸饮料致离体牙釉质酸蚀的抑制作用。【方法】收集正畸减数前磨牙15颗,制备釉质样本30个,两两配对分为0.95%~1.05%氟化泡沫、0.615%氟凝胶、0.1%氟保护漆3个氟化物预处理实验组及其对照组,可口可乐碳酸饮料浸泡样本5 min,测量浸泡前后的牙釉质显微硬度。【结果】0.95%~1.05%氟化泡沫组及其对照组、0.615%氟凝胶组及其对照组、0.1%氟保护漆组及其对照组的釉质显微硬度分别下降25.47%(42.88%)、28.91%(38.25%)、36.62%(41.13%),碳酸饮料浸泡后氟制剂预处理组与相应无氟对照组间釉质显微硬度有显著性差异(P<0.01),三种氟化物处理组釉质硬度下降程度有显著性差异(P<0.05)。【结论】局部用氟可部分抑制碳酸饮料所致釉质硬度下降,高浓度氟的抑制作用更强。

【Abstract】 【Objective】To study the inhibiting effect of topical fluoride treatment on dental erosion of enamel exposed to carbonated drink in vitro.【Methods】 15 human premolars extracted for orthodontic reason were collected and 30 samples were prepared in pairs.The samples were distributed into 3 fluoride pretreated groups(0.95%~1.05% fluoride foam, 0.615% fluoride gel and 0.1% fluoride varnish) and the control groups. The samples were then immersed in coca cola carbonated drinks for 5 minutes. Micro-hardness was measured before and after immersion.【Results】The percentage of micro-hardness of 0.95%~1.05% fluoride foam group and its control group, 0.615% fluoride gel group and its control group, 0.1% fluoride varnish and its control group declines 25.47%(42.88%), 28.91%(38.25%), 36.62%(41.13%) respectively. The micro-hardness declines significantly differently between the fluoride pretreated groups and their control groups or among the different fluoride concentration groups.【Conclusion】The topical fluoride treatment can inhibit micro- hardness declining partially. The inhibiting effect of fluoride of higher concentration is much stronger than that of lower concentration.
