【摘要】 目的检测苏中圩田地区褐家鼠对第一代抗凝血灭鼠剂杀鼠灵的抗药性。方法按照全国鼠类抗药性监测协作组制定的方法,进行实验室无选择性摄食试验。结果 16只褐家鼠在观察期内全部死亡,平均死亡天数为6.31 d,平均致死剂量为27.99 mg/kg,试鼠性别间在致死剂量与死亡时间上均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论第一代抗凝血灭鼠剂杀鼠灵可继续用于毒杀褐家鼠,同时应加强敏感性与抗药性监测。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the resistance of Rattus norvegicus to the first-generation rodenticide warfarin in low-lying paddy fields surrounded with dikes of central Jiangsu region. Methods Conducting a non-selective drugintaking test according to the methods developed by the group of national rodents-resistance monitoring and collaborating. Results 16 Rattus norvegicus tested completely died during the observation period. The mean time of death was 6. 31 days,and the mean lethal dose was 27. 99 mg / kg.
