【摘要】 目的对临床一级质控护士核心能力进行测评,为护理管理者提供培训参考依据。方法对某院453名一级质控人员进行问卷调查。应用SPSS 17.0对数据进行统计分析。结果护士能力自评总分在67.31±2.15,表明护士能力处于较高水平,主管护师及以上得分最高75.46±2.04分,护士组得分最低66.36±2.13分,3组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。质控年限1~2年得分最低,5~6年及以上能力发展趋于稳定,担任质控年限3~4年的护士核心能力逐渐递增,质控年限7~8年及以上护士核心能力得分最高。结论一级质控护士具备胜任临床护理工作能力,但需进一步加强质量评价能力培训。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate core competence among clinical primary-1evel quality control nurses to provide evidence for target training of nursing managers. Method Questionnaire survey was carried out among 455 primary-1evel quality control nurses in a hospital. The SPSS l7. 0 was used for statistical analysis. Result The total score on core competence self-evaluation of nurses was 67. 31 ± 2. 5,which showed good core competence among nurses. The senior nurses had the highest score of 75. 46 ± 2. 04,and the low-level nurses group had the lowest score of 66. 36 ± 2. 13. Statistically significance was found among the three groups( P < 0. 05). Nurses with one to two years of experience on quality control had lowest score. Nurses with three to four years of experience showed gradually increasing core competence. Nurses with more than five to six years of experience showed stable core competence. Nurses with more than seven to eight years of experience had the highest core competence score. Conclusion The primary-1evel quality control nurses had qualified core competence.
