【摘要】 目的探讨循证护理在医护一体化群发伤急救演练中的应用效果。方法选取某院东、西院区的54名急诊护士为研究对象,分实验组与对照组进行比较。结果实验组护士演练考核成绩、满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05);认为循证式医护一体化群发伤急救演练更有利于培养护士发散性思维,有利于提高护士学习主动性(P<0.05)。结论循证式医护一体化急救演练提高了护士急救能力及演练效果,保证了急救演练的科学性、实用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing care in the doctor and nurse integration emergency rescue drill on mass injury. Method A total of 54 emergency nurses were recruited and divided into the experimental group and the control group for comparison. Result The test results and satisfaction level of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). The evidence-based doctor and nurse integration emergency rescue drill on mass injury could be benefit for training of divergent thinking for nurses,and enhance learning initiative( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The evidence-based doctor and nurse integration emergency rescue drill on mass injury improved the ability of nurses and emergency drills effect,ensured the scientific and practical emergency drills.更多还原
