【摘要】 目的通过医护间4+X沟通,提升普外科整体护理质量,保证患者安全。方法依据外科患者住院的不同时间段,确定相应医护沟通时间及具体沟通内容。结果科室整体护理质量、住院患者满意度、医生对护理工作满意度均得到提高。结论医护间4+X沟通模式在规范医护沟通标准,提升护理内涵建设,实现医护治一体化工作模式方面,具有推动作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the overall nurse care quality through doctor-nurse 4 + X communication in Department of General Surgery to ensure patient safety. Method According to the whole process of inpatients in Department of General Surgery,appropriate and specific doctor-nurse communication points and content were proposed. Result The overall quality of nurse care,inpatients’ satisfaction and doctors’ satisfaction on nurse care were improved. Conclusion The 4 + X communication pattern had boost effect on regulating doctor-nurse communication standard,improving nurse care connotation construction,and achieving the doctor-nurse integration work mode.更多还原
