【Abstract】 Introduced quality control circle,follow the PDCA cycle,aimed at raising the referral rate at one month after discharge among psychiatric patients. By activity,the referral rate at one month after discharge among psychiatric patients increased from 46% to 73%,which achieved the target,improved the compliance,decreased the hospitalization and ensured effective treatment.更多还原
