超声衍射时差技术在气体绝缘组合电器焊缝检测中的应用

【摘要】 针对气体绝缘组合电器(GIS)焊缝安全评价问题,论述了使用超声衍射时差技术(TOFD)对GIS焊缝进行评估的适用性。介绍了TOFD检测仪器的调校方法,实际检测中主要工艺参数设置,并举例说明了TOFD检测技术在GIS焊缝质量评价中的应用。

【Abstract】 For the safety evaluation of gas insulated switchgear,Time of flight diffraction technology(TOFD)is effectively applied to assess the weld of GIS.The paper introduced the equipment modification,the technical parameters setting in practical inspection,and showed the successful application of TOFD detection technology in GIS.
