【Abstract】 With the accelerating process of China’s aging population, along with the deterioration of the environment and the serious food safety issues, chronic diseases such as the diabetes, hypertension and cancer have been becoming the fi rst threat to the health of our residents. To solve the problems of the research, prevention and treatment in chronic disease, as well as the lack of medical expenses and preventive investment in public health, this paper proposes a regional health cloud platform based on the technology of large data processing, combined with a variety of perception, access and sensor technology.
