【摘要】 《精神卫生法》于2013年5月1日起施行,为保障精神障碍患者的合法权益提供了法律依据。本文从大型综合医院管理角度出发,分析医院管理和司法实践中存在的主要问题及其原因,并提出合理化建议,借以增加《精神卫生法》在执行过程中的可操作性,最大限度地保障精神障碍患者的合法权益。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Mental Health Law formally implemented on May 1,2013,which provide legal basis to protect the legitimate rights and interests of people with mental disorders.From the view of large general hospital management,this paper analysis problems and reasons existing in hospital management and judical practice,and put forward reasonable suggestions.The aim is to to increase the implementation operability of the Mental Health Law,to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of people with mental disorders.更多还原
