板结构损伤识别的叠加曲率法研究

【摘要】 在对板结构的损伤诊断中,鉴于曲率模态差存在无法对位于模态节线处的损伤进行识别以及不能有效反应损伤程度的不足,提出叠加曲率模态改变率指标,理论上克服了原指标的不足.采用四边简支薄板,分别考虑正交两个方向的曲率进行数值算例验证,结果表明:叠加曲率模态改变率能对板结构进行全面损伤定位,同时能对损伤程度做出定性判断,损伤识别能力较曲率模态差得到提升.

【Abstract】 In light of the deficiencies of curvature modal difference(CMD)in damage identification of plate structures,of which one is that the CMD is insensitive to damages occurring around the curvature modal pitch lines,and the another is the CMD can not reflect damage degree effectively,an improved index called superimposed curvature modal change rate(SCMCR)for plate structures is proposed.This index overcomes the deficiencies of the CMD theoretically.A simply supported thin plate is selected as a numerical example and the curvatures of two orthogonal directions are considered.The results show that SCMCR can identify the damage all around the plate;meanwhile,the damage degree can be identified qualitatively.Therefore,the damage identification capability is enhanced compared to CMD.
