含EPS和炭黑的水泥基吸波材料研究
Electromagnetic wave absorbing properties of cement-based composites containing EPS particles and carbon black
【摘要】 在改进聚苯乙烯颗粒(EPS)水泥基吸波材料配比和制备工艺的基础上,对其电磁波吸收性能进行了试验研究.当EPS掺量分别为48Vol.%和60Vol.%时,EPS水泥基吸波材料的反射率在8~18GHz全频段内均低于-12dB,反射率最小值为-25dB.EPS水泥吸波材料为闭孔蜂窝结构且是一种透波材料,在水泥基体中形成电磁波吸收截面和散射截面,导致电磁波的能量损失.在水泥基体中掺入1.0%的炭黑可提高材料的吸波性能,炭黑水泥基吸波材料本身是一种电损耗介质,EPS颗粒和炭黑的共同作用使得吸波性能提高.
【Abstract】 The preparation process and components of cement-based composite containing expanded polystyrene particles(EPS)is modified in this paper firstly.Then experimental studies are performed to study the electromagnetic wave absorbing properties.Results show that with the EPS dosage of 48 vol.%and 60 vol.%,in the whole frequency range of 8~18GHz reflectivity is less than-12dB;and the minimum reflectivity is-25dB;EPS particles exhibit closed-cell honeycomb structure;so they can form microwave absorption cross-sections and scattering cross-sections within the material,which lead to the loss of energy of incident electromagnetic waves.With the addition of 1.0%of carbon black,absorbing properties of EPS cement-based composites containing have been improved since carbon black is a kind of medium of electrical loss.
