【摘要】 目的初步分析EDTA依赖性血小板减少的现象及原因。方法用3种方法对EDTA-K2诱导血小板假性减少患者的血小板和白细胞进行分析。结果 EDTA-K2抗凝血与枸橼酸钠抗凝血和手工法的血小板结果在不同时间段均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);>30 min时EDTA-K2抗凝血与枸橼酸钠抗凝血和手工法测定白细胞结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);EDTA-K2抗凝血涂片均可见血小板成团成簇聚集,末梢血涂片和各个时间段的枸橼酸钠抗凝血血小板均为散在分布。结论及时与临床沟通,同时重抽EDTA-K2抗凝静脉血和枸橼酸钠抗凝静脉血,并马上送到检验科化验,以降低血小板假性聚集的可能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the phenomenon and causes of EDTA-dependent thrombocytopenia. Methods Using three ways to analyze the platelet and leukocyte in patients with pseudo-thrombocytopenia caused by EDTA-K2 anticoagulation. Results In all time periods, the platelet counts of EDTA-K2 anticoagulated venous blood showed statistically significant difference from the results obtained by sodium citrate anticoagulated venous blood and manual methods(P<0.05). And the leukocyte counts of EDTA-K2 anticoagulated venous blood showed statistically significant difference from the results obtained by sodium citrate anticoagulated venous blood and manual methods after 30 min(P<0.05). Microscopic examination of the blood smear showed that platelets aggregate into clot in all periods in EDTA-K2 anticoagulated venous blood, while the peripheral blood and sodium citrate anticoagulated venous blood appeared scattered in the distribution in all periods.Conclusion Timely communication with the clinical, take both EDTA-K2 anticoagulated venous blood and sodium citrate anticoagulated venous blood immediately, can reduce the possibility of platelet aggregation.更多还原
