2011—2014年白城市鼠疫监测结果分析

【摘要】 目的通过分析白城市2011—2014年鼠疫监测结果,掌握了该市目前鼠疫疫源地地理环境现状。方法按照《吉林省鼠疫监测方案》的要求,结合白城市实际情况,以固定点与流调点相结合进行鼠疫监测工作。结果白城市平均鼠密度为0.59只/hm2,小型鼠捕获率为1.31%。黄鼠鼠体染蚤率37.49%,蚤指数为0.75;黄鼠洞染蚤率15.78%,蚤指数为0.28,黄鼠蚤为优势种;小型鼠体染蚤率18.81%,二齿新蚤为优势种,蚤指数0.45。镇赉、通榆、洮南监测点观察黄鼠3588只,♂:♀为0.99:1,1龄鼠922只,2龄鼠2075只,3龄鼠445只,4龄鼠146只,妊娠率为90.62%,平均胎鼠数为7.46。病原学及血清学监测结果均为阴性。结论白城市鼠疫疫源地境内没有动物间疫情发生,疫情处于稳定状态。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the monitoring results of plague in Baicheng City from 2011 to 2014, to grasp the current situation of the city is currently plague foci environmental geography. Methods Accordance with the "Jilin plague surveillance program" requirements, combined with the actual situation of the city, at a fixed point and the combined stream transfer point for plague monitoring. Results The city’s average density was 0.59/hm2, small mouse capture rate of 1.31%. Huang Shu Shu body dye flea rate 37.49%, flea index was 0.75; mousehole yellow dye rate of 15.78% flea, flea index was 0.28, the dominant species of ground squirrel fleas; small rat body dye flea rate 18.81%, bidentate new fleas The dominant species,flea index 0.45. Zhenlai, Tongyu, Taonan monitoring points observed ground squirrels 3588, ♂: ♀ is 0.99: 1, 922 mice age,age 2 mouse 2075, 3 445 aged mice, 4 mice aged 146, the pregnancy rate was 90.62%, the average number of fetal rat was7.46. Etiology and serological results were negative. Conclusions No plague foci within the city between the animal outbreak, the epidemic in a stable state.
