【摘要】 目的通过完善移动护理系统,利用手持机(PDA)的功能,开发检验样本床旁"采集确认"及"直接分包"功能,实现样本采集时间准确记录和病区样本采集流程优化。准确记录样本流转时间(TAT),是医院加强检验分析前质量控制的重要基础。方法选取该院两个普外病区2015年1-6月集中采集送检的样本,对应用PDA床旁采集前后,样本送检时间、时限性样本超时率和危机值样本率,进行分析比较。结果应用PDA床旁采集后,护士操作流程简化,样本送检时间缩短,时限性样本超时率、危机值样本率大幅下降。结论优化后的采集流程,解决了以往采集时间与系统录入时间不同步问题,使医院得以对采集时间进行准确记录并实时监管,有利于实验室信息系统(LIS系统)及时发现即将超时样本并优先进行检验,督促护士自主缩短样本送检时间,通过准确数据支持,为检验分析前质量控制提供了重要保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective By improving mobile care system and using the personal digital assistant(PDA) function to fullfill the function of verification and direct subcontracting of the sample bed, to realize the accurate record of turnaround time(TAT)and the optimization of the sampling process.TAT is an important basis for strengthening the quality control of the hospital.Methods The samples from two general surgery ward of our hospital in January to June 2015 are selected. The sample submission time, sample overtime rate and the crisis of value rate of the sample are compared before and after using the PDA.Results The application of PDA simplify the operation procedures for the nurses, shorten the sample submission time and bring down the sample submission time, sample overtime rate and the crisis of value rate of the sample.Conclusion By using the optimized acquisition process, the problem cuased by the differences between previous acquisition time and the system input time is solved. Thus the hospital can conduct an accurate record of the acquisition time and real-time monitoring,which benefits to laboratory information system(LIS), discover the upcoming timeout samples which need to be inspected preferentially, surge the nurse to shorten the submission time, and support the quality control before inspection by accurate data.更多还原
