探究高分辨CT作为尘肺诊断标准的可行性研究
Study on Feasibility of High Resolution CT as A Diagnostic Criterion for Pneumoconiosis
【摘要】 目的在我国现阶段的尘肺病诊断标准中,一直沿用高千伏摄影,DR摄影技术即将取代高千伏X摄影作为新的诊断标准。经本研究应用HRCT扫描所获得的尘肺影像信息远优于以上两种影像诊断技术。方法采用CT、HRCT、普通高千伏、DR几种摄影技术所获得的图像信息进行对比分析研究。结果高分辨率CT(HRCT)通过薄层扫描,增加了空间分辨率,更好显示肺内微细结构。明显优于高千伏胸片及DR片。结论 HRCT扫描作为尘肺诊断标准片应用于临床势必有着重要的临床指导意义,更加公平、公正的判定职业性尘肺的诊断。
【Abstract】 Objective In the current diagnostic criteria of pneumoconiosis in our nation,high kilovoltage radiography is the most prevalent one,which is about to be substituted by DR. However, pneumoconiosis imagings retrieved from HRCT scanning were much more favorable than ones retrieved from high kilovoltage radiography as well as DR we have talked above. Methods Made a comparative analysis of imaging information resulted from applications of CT, HRCT, high kilovoltage radiography and DR respectively. Results High resolution CT(HRCT) has an advantage in demonstrating microstructure of lung with utilizing thin-layer scanning which was good for increasing spatial resolution. Thus, high resolution CT(HRCT) was much more preferred than high kilovoltage radiography and DR. Conclusion High resolution CT(HRCT) as a diagnostic criterion for pneumoconiosis has its clinical significance; it is believed to be a fair and equity way to diagnose occupational pneumoconiosis.
